Fullscreen VCs have white borders

Observed behaviour

The vc has white borders at the bottom, left and right edges of the monitor. I have checked Web and PWA and cnr there, so this might be a Win11 exclusive bug

Reproduction steps

  1. This bug may or may not be exclusive to windows 11
  2. View and fullscreen a vc
  3. Observe the bottom and vertical edges of your monitor

Can reproduce CR: Canary Desktop 2026.528.23728, Web 2026.528.231208, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-GB | NB: The border may be a different colour if your theme is different.
