PTM can't be assigned to certain keys

PTM doesn't activate no matter how long i hold the key for. There might be more keys it doesn't work with.

In the video i first assign PTM to F to show that it is working and you can see F appear in chat when i hold the key. I then assign PTM to ² and try to use it. You can see i am holding ² as it appears in the chat, but PTM fails to activate.

Expected behaviour PTM should activate upon pressing the assigned key
