VC-chat channel can be typed in - even if chat is hidden

Observed behaviour

VC-chat channel can be typed in. You can type @ or # to see mention and channel lists appear on top of the VC interface.

Reproduction steps

  1. Join a VC
  2. Check that the VC-chat channel is hidden
  3. Begin typing (for example, you could type @ or # to see the mention and channel lists)
