Links are not auto-detected in embed's descriptions and field values

Summary

I posted an embed with a link in its description and in the values of one of its field but neither of them is clickable. Oddly, embed titles and embed field names do detect links. Using markdown for links ([link](https://google.com)) does work, however. Funnily, it also manages to figure out that something put in such markdown is a message jump link and then switches to regular jump link markdown entirely.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a message with the following payload:
    {"embeds": [{"fields": [{"name": "test", "value": "https://google.com"}], "description": "https://google.com"}]}

  2. See the issue.
