AFK timeout setting does not match how long Fluxer takes to move a user to the AFK channel

(#2789) Bug Fixed desktop voice

Observed behaviour

After 1 minute of waiting, nothing happens. After a total of 10 minutes of waiting, your status changes from online to idle automatically. After a total of 11 minutes of waiting, you are sent to the AFK channel.

Reproduction steps

  1. Set the AFK timeout to 1 minute in your community
  2. Make sure there is an AFK channel set
  3. Join a regular vc in that community
  4. Do not touch your computer or device and wait for 1 minute
  5. (Optional) Wait a total of 11 minutes without interacting with your device
