Sending a GIF in any text channel will compress the GIF heavily, resulting in low fps & quality

(#2784) Bug Confirmed desktop media

Observed behaviour

The result is a GIF that has low FPS & noticeably lower quality. (Attachment was recorded on an older canary version but I tested it and still applies to latest canary version)

Reproduction steps

  1. Favorite a GIF
  2. Look at the GIF closely in the favorites tab, ensuring it looks smooth & high quality enough for this to be noticeable.
  3. Post it in any text channel with embeds enabled.
