Setting keybind action to F13 causes Win key to also trigger keybind action

Observed behaviour

Win key triggers your custom keybind action.

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to the Shortcuts menu in User Settings.
  2. Set a custom keybind action to F13 (Mic mute works as a simple example).
  3. Exit the user settings.
  4. Press the Win key.
