Community Settings sheet sending to the full screen settings menu instead of the settings page

Summary

The community settings bottom sheet on mobile, once a setting is clicked on, instead of leading to that settings page. leads to the settings list, requiring a 2nd click to actually go to that setting. This of course does not happen on desktop since there isn't a community settings bottom sheet.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a community that you moderate
2. Click on the community name at the top
3. Click on "Community Settings"
4. Choose whatever setting page
5. Instead of being led to that settings page, you are led to the settings list
