Community removed from discovery is still listed and cannot be joined

Summary

1. After removing my server from the community, it is still shown there. After clicking on "Join", you get the message "This community isn't listed in discovery."

2. Removed the community bc of #266, so i could add it there again.

3. After applying to add the server into the discovery AGAIN, you still cant join. -> you get the message "This community isn't listed in discovery." (but the request to add the server to discovery got accepted)

Steps to reproduce

1. Remove server from Discovery
2. Go to Discovery
3. Search the removed server
4. Press "Join"
