[arm64 Linux] Client stays on black screen trying to use native input hook

Observed behaviour

Fluxer application gets stuck on "Wayland global shortcuts portal is pending or unavailable; using native input hook fallback" Running fluxer-canary --fluxer-input-hook=off --fluxer-log-renderer-console to disable global key hooking causes the client to launch

Reproduction steps

Run fluxer-canary --fluxer-log-renderer-console in a terminal window
