Role pings appear in the Inbox when the everyone filter is used and vice versa

Observed behaviour

The role ping appears in the Inbox despite setting it only for everyone pings. This issue also manifests when done the other way, where you filter only for role pings but get an @everyone ping. Speculating this may have a similar root cause as #437.

Reproduction steps

Configure your Inbox so only @everyone mentions are included
Ping yourself via a role
Open the inbox
