Observed behaviour

The suggestions disappear once ñ is input. This applies specifically to ñ and not n

Reproduction steps

  1. Type out :piñata:
  2. Look at the emote suggestions

Can reproduce CR: 🪅 will still send emoji, but confirmed no suggestion menu when ñ present, Canary 781 (e0f8e41), Host 0.0.223, Linux 6.12.88+deb13-amd64 (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US
