Canary does not load on slow or imbalanced+slow network connections

Observed behaviour

Black screen, nothing loading, not even the loading screen

Reproduction steps

  1. be on airplane wifi (download: 28.49 mbps, upload: 0.08 mbps, ping: 871ms down, 804ms up)
  2. try loading canary

Canary 778 (20503c6), Host 0.0.221, macOS 26.4.1 (arm64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US

Expected behaviour Canary loading screen, and canary loading, just like stable

Can reproduce Reproduced on 3G, slow 4G worked, window.__FLUXER_BOOTSTRAP__ is missing — app must be served by fluxer_app_proxy
