Scrolling to drag community in left side switcher with trackpad does not work

Observed behaviour

List did not move when scrolled using trackpad during click-hold

Reproduction steps

  1. click and hold on a community in the left side switcher to start dragging it
  2. scroll using trackpad
  3. observe that the list does not move

Build information

Canary 778 (20503c6), Host 0.0.221, macOS 26.4.1 (arm64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US

Expected behaviour The list should have moved, to allow moving a community to a position in the switcher list outside the visible screen

Can reproduce CR: needed both hands lol Canary 782 (fd183ef), Host 0.0.225, Linux 7.0.5-2-cachyos (x64), Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, Locale en-US
