Observed behaviour
Keyboard focus only got to the Notes section on the second and subsequent attempts.
Reproduction steps
- Right click on someone
- Click Add Note
- Observe that the keyboard focus is not on the notes section, though it looks like you are editing it. Any keys you press will not be entered into the notes field.
- Click out of the profile window to close it
- Right click and Add note again
- Observe that keyboard focus is now correctly in the notes section

Even on the first attempt, Add Notes should put keyboard focus in the notes section.
