Observed behaviour
Fluxer refuses to budge.
This has a secondary issue in that if the service is down for some reason, and the client is stuck loading forever, I cannot move it while it's in this prolonged loading state. In day-to-day usage, it's probably not a big deal, though it is a minor annoyance since I don't necessarily want to wait for things to load in before I move the window around.
In case it is relevant, I observed this behavior on KDE Plasma using Wayland.
Reproduction steps
- Ctrl+R
- While the loading icon is up, try to drag the window around. You'll likely only have about a second, since performance has improved.

Expected behaviour
I should be able to move it even during this loading sequence. I can do it on stable.
