Observed behaviour
Search still appears, making message viewable area very small, only way to dismiss the search is by using Escape
Reproduction steps
- Start a search
- Zoom in using keyboard shortcuts (⌘ and = on macOS, Ctrl and = on Windows / Linux) until at maximum zoom
