[PWA] Scrolling through pins requires dragging the scrollbar

Observed behaviour

You need to interact directly with the scroll bar in order to scroll

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to a channel with enough pins to require scrolling e.g. https://web.canary.fluxer.app/channels/1427764882469228556/1427764882469228559
  2. Look at the pins and scroll

canary build 664 (d3ccc95), Firefox 150.0, Android 16 (Linux armv81), locale en-US

Expected behaviour Should be able to drag on the area with all the message text to scroll

Can reproduce CR: canary build 664 (d3ccc95), Chrome 148.0.0.0, Android 10 (Linux armv81), locale en-GB
