[Linux / Windows] Theme Studio pop-out and close button under Fluxer’s custom title bar

Observed behaviour

Pop-out button is under the maximize button, hitting maximize causes the theme studio to pop out, hitting the window exit button causes the theme studio to close, not the window

Reproduction steps

  1. Open Theme Studio (Settings -> Look and Feel -> Open Theme Studio)
