Users become muted, with no way to unmute after extended inactivity in a voice channel

Observed behaviour

I return and am unable to speak until I join the call, but I can hear other participants. For purpose of diagnosis, I've seen this happen to another user and I have been using Focused Voice suppression with DeepFilterNet3. I do not use push to talk and have a physical mute on my wireless headset.

Reproduction steps

Remain inactive in a voice channel - usually about 15mins
Be unmuted or muted by other means i.e. hardware mute during this time
