Text-in-Voice Channel cannot expand when fullscreened

Observed behaviour

The Collapse button does not respond. It does work when not fullscreened, however.

Reproduction steps

  1. Click on a voice channel
  2. Click the button to Fullscreen
  3. Click the button to Collapse

Expected behaviour The chat should open.
