The problem has nothing to do with CORS, although it manifests as such in the console. Originally, opening fluxerstatic.com would land you to a Cloudflare error page, stating that the IP it points to does not belong to the owner, which is likely a configuration issue.
Currently fluxerstatic.com just loads indefinitely and returns an error 403
