Screenshare selection menu does not like minimized apps

Observed behaviour

Screenshare selection menu only shows non-minimized apps. Minimizing an app after opening the screenshare menu but before choosing that app for screenshare causes the screenshare to fail to start. The screenshare menu also does not update which app are shown until it is closed and opened again.

Reproduction steps

  1. Have any app open but minimized
  2. Get in a call and open the screenshare menu (app is missing)
  3. Before closing the screenshare menu, open another app (new app is also missing)
  4. Close and reopen the screenshare menu (both apps are now visible)
  5. Minimize one app and try to screenshare it

Expected behaviour Minimized apps should appear in the screenshare selection menu and that menu should show apps that were opened after itself. Trying to screenshare a minimized app should start the screenshare with no image until that app is restored (same behavior as discord)
