Direct call view can extend past the edge of the client's window

Observed behaviour

The call view can be dragged down past the edge, hiding some of the call view's buttons. This bug only happens if the Fluxer window is not maximized. If the Fluxer window is maximized, the call view stops a few pixels before the edge of the window

Reproduction steps

  1. Have Fluxer not maximized
  2. Get in a direct call
  3. Drag the call view downwards
