Terminal spams a message about global shortcuts after Fluxer has been open for a few minutes

Observed behaviour

Terminal is spammed with messages like the following:
17:02:27.810 › [GlobalShortcuts] native portal configure noop (entries unchanged) { count: 10 }
17:02:27.811 › [GlobalShortcuts] native portal configure noop (entries unchanged) { count: 10 }
17:02:27.811 › [GlobalShortcuts] native portal configure noop (entries unchanged) { count: 10 }
17:02:27.812 › [GlobalShortcuts] native portal configure noop (entries unchanged) { count: 10 }
17:02:27.812 › [GlobalShortcuts] native portal configure noop (entries unchanged) { count: 10 }
17:02:27.813 › [GlobalShortcuts] native portal configure noop (entries unchanged) { count: 10 }
17:02:27.814 › [GlobalShortcuts] native portal configure noop (entries unchanged) { count: 10 }
I first noticed this behavior on 0.0.208, but it is possible it was introduced earlier. 0.0.204 does not have this issue.

Reproduction steps

  1. Open Fluxer
  2. Wait approximately 2-3 minutes
