Observed behaviour
Person 1 still sees the reaction count as two and sees them self and person 2 as having reacted regardless of having removed their reaction. Person 2 can see the count go down to 1 after Person 1 removes their reaction but then cannot see them self in the "show reactions" menu as a person who has reacted to the message. When Person 1 puts their reaction back on it continues to show both people having reacted all that changes is that the reaction glows blue to show they have reacted with the emoji but when they remove it a second time then reacts a 3rd time it completely removes the reaction for Person 2. But everything is back in order after both refresh.
Reproduction steps
- Person 1 reacts to a message
- Person 2 clicks on Person 1's reaction to also react.
- Person 1 removes their reaction.
- Person 1 puts their reaction back on then removes it once again and clicks to react a 3rd time.

Expected behaviour
Person 1's reactions should show on their side that their reaction has been removed. Person 2 sees that their reaction is still there (including inside the "show reactions" menu). Person 1 putting their reaction back on then off again should only increase and then decrease the total of reactions and show that they then reacted then are removed from the count and the "show reactions" menu list when they remove it. Person 2 should still see their reaction on the message after Person 1 reacts and removes reacts again and reacts a 3rd time.
