Community nicknames do not show in view all reactions modal

Observed behaviour

The global display name of the user is shown inside the modal, not the community nickname. Note that the tooltip has the community nickname.

Reproduction steps

Change community nickname to "testing".
React to a message.
Hover over the reaction and click on the tooltip to view all of the reactions.

Expected behaviour The nickname of the person who sent a reaction is inside the modal, next to their FluxerTag. In this case, it would be testing.
