Folders are not spoken as folders

Observed behaviour

The only discernible difference is "collapsed". But, if a community has that in their name nearby, you're going to be very confused. It should explicitly state it's a folder.

Reproduction steps

Create a folder with communities
Listen to it via VoiceOver (or any other screen reader)
