Observed behaviour
It says unmute. Unmute also says unmute so now there is no discernible difference.
Reproduction steps
- Deafen yourself
- Listen to undeafen via VoiceOver (or any other screen reader)

It should say to undeafen, not unmute. Or, it should be a switch.
