While creating a channel, PgUp and PgDn can affect the chat area

Observed behaviour

The chat area behind the channel creation modal responded to the PgUp and PgDn inputs. Notably, Home and End do not do anything.

Reproduction steps

  1. Click the + to create a channel
  2. Click on one of the channel types to shift keyboard focus to that area <-- This is an important step!
  3. Press PgUp or PgDn on the keyboard

Details

Expected behaviour PgUp and PgDn probably shouldn't do anything in this context. If anything, maybe they should move the channel type selection to the top or bottom option, respectively.
