Unable to connect to voice chat, test mic and change/save voice region

Summary

  1. Joining a voice channel doesn't work at all. It disconnects after 5 or 6 seconds (affects both desktop app and web app).
  2. Testing mic doesn't work on desktop app (somewhat works in browser).
  3. Unable to change voice region (affects both desktop app and web app).
I'm the owner of my own community, I've created all channels and allowed all settings for my self.

Steps to reproduce

Unable to join a voice channel:
  1. Try join a voice channel either using left side menu or big button in the middle.
  2. Observe status "Connecting..." in dark yellowish color.
  3. After 5-6 seconds the message "Connecting..." disappears and that's it.
I also enabled developer mode, hoping some logs will be generated, but there are none. Or I couldn't find them. Testing mic partially works in web browser, but doesn't in desktop app:
  1. Open "Audio & video" settings.
  2. Press "Start Mic Test".
  3. Observe indicator appears.
  4. But the desktop app doesn't detect any input. There's no audio when talking.
I tried other devices and different settings, with no results. In browser, step 4 is different, there is audio. A bit choppy, unclear, but there's something. Changing voice region shows "Bad gateway" message:
  1. Open existing voice channel settings or create a new voice channel called "chat". All lowercase letters, no spaces.
  2. Observe the "Voice region" settings.
  3. Sometimes there's only one option "Automatic", and sometimes for me there are 4 options: "EU Central", "EU South", "US East", "US South".
  4. Change voice region to any of the mentioned options.
  5. Press "Save Changes".
  6. Observe that the channel name "chat" has now a red border and error message "Bad gateway." appears below it.
Assuming that the issue with joining a voice channel was tied to voice region settings, I tried to change the voice region and that also didn't work. I live in EU, so I tried to change to either one. Eventually tried all 4. All 4 options didn't work. If you leave the error message visible and press "X" to close window, next time opening the settings it will show the selected region to which ever you chose before. Changing to "Automatic" and pressing "Save Changes" again, will result in same "Bad gateway." error message.
