Search param `link:` does not include `<URL>` results

(#2609) Bug Fixed desktop search

Observed behaviour

Only the message that was sent without <> returns in the search results. Some users have already learned from using Discord that enclosing URL's with <> suppresses the embed without needing to take a separate action after sending, so while is uncommon it's still fairly widely used. These users would likely expect links sent this way to still appear in search results.

Reproduction steps

  1. Send a message with a URL enclosed in <> e.g. <https://google.com>
  2. Send a separate message with the same URL without the <> e.g. https://google.com
  3. Search for that link in the search bar e.g. link:google.com
