Spoiler tags in profiles are very difficult to see on dark theme and legacy dark theme

Observed behaviour

The spoiler tags are difficult to see with the default color schemes of dark and legacy dark themes. See attached image as an example. Ironically, there is more contrast on Coal theme.

Use dark theme
View someone's profile who has spoiler tags in their profile
