Save GIF favorites as Saved Media has an odd behavior on URL-only favorites

Observed behaviour

The favorite button behaves as if the GIF is not favorited, favoriting it then adds it to Saved Meda

Reproduction steps

Toggle "Save GIF favorites as Saved Media" off
Favorite a gif, making it a URL-only favorite
Toggle "Save GIF favorites as Saved Media" on
Open GIF favorites and mouse over the previously favorited GIF

Build information

canary build 708 (9c245a5), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.205, Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, locale en-US

Expected behaviour The favorite button on the GIF should show that it is favorited

Can reproduce CR: canary build 708 (9c245a5), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.205, Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, locale en-GB

Can reproduce CR: GIF disappears when save toggled off, reappears when on. To Saved Media when on. Rare chance it denies favoriting. canary build 664 (d3ccc95), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 6.12.86+deb13-amd64 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.167, locale en-US
