Observed behaviour
For the member list you can get it to scroll only if MMB is pressed while the mouse is in the green area (see attached image)
For the channel list, you can get it to scroll only if MMB is pressed while the mouse is within a few pixels of the left edge of the list
For the community list and settings list nothing happens.
Reproduction steps
- Mouse over any of the following and attempt to scroll using MMB:
- The member list
- The channel list
- The community list
- The settings list (the one on the left when settings are open)
