`Search Messages` takes 3 tabs to get through

Observed behaviour

it focuses on the inputbox first, then the inside (autocomplete popup), then outside again

Reproduction steps

  1. tab until you reach the Search Messages inputbox
  2. tab again

canary build 702 (d594c2b), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.199, Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, locale en-US

Expected behaviour one tab should be enough to tab through it

Can reproduce CR: also tab and shift+tab behave differently. autocomplete appears on first shift+tab, then requires 2 more to get past search. canary build 702 (d594c2b), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 7.0.4-100.fc43.x86_64 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.204, Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, locale en-US

Can reproduce canary build 719 (9d0dca0), Electron 41.2.2, macOS 26.4.0 (arm64), desktop canary 0.0.205, Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, locale en-GB
