Deafen toggle can toggle mute on

Observed behaviour

Mute will always be toggled on after toggling deafen off regardless of what mute was set to prior to enabling deafen.

Reproduction steps

  1. Toggle Mute off
  2. Toggle Deafen on, then off

Build information

canary build 699 (504ffc2), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.205, Electron 41.2.2, Chrome 146.0.7680.188, Node 24.14.1, locale en-US

Expected behaviour Mute should have returned to off after deafen was toggled off as it was off before deafen was toggled on.

Can reproduce CR: canary build 664 (d3ccc95), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.167, locale en-GB
