It takes about a full minute to load

Can reproduce CR 40-60 sec. to fully load, LMDE7 canary build 664 (d3ccc95), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 6.12.86+deb13-amd64 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.167, locale en-US + Mint 22.3 (Cinnamon)/Ubuntu 24.04 (GNOME) "..." Linux 6.17.0-23-generic (x64)
