Animated emote does not animate when window is unfocused when stay fully interactive setting is enabled

Observed behaviour

Emote does not animate when unfocused, except for when hovering over the message.

Reproduction steps

  1. Enable Stay Fully Interactive When Unfocused in Settings -> Advanced -> Window Focus Behavior
  2. Send a message with an animated emote
  3. Unfocus the window by switching to another window
