Reacting to a message with emotes from multiple communities with the same emoji name causes one reaction to not show up correctly

Observed behaviour

One of the reactions does not show the emote name and who reacted, and clicking on the hover does not show the person who reacted to it. This gets fixed on a client refresh.

Reproduction steps

  1. Find two emotes with the exact same name, for example :blobthinking: in Fluxer HQ and Fluxer Developers
  2. React to the message with both emotes

Build information

canary build 664 (d3ccc95), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 10 10.0.19045 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.167, locale en-US

Platform

Windows

Details

Expected behaviour When hovering, both reactions show up normally (you can see the name of the reaction and who reacted), as well as clicking on the hover shows you who reacted to the emote.
