GIFs stored in Media have some of their embed's height cut-off when sent if "Media from links" is set to comfortable

Observed behaviour

Some of the height on the embedded GIF is cut-off and can only be seen when you open the image.

Reproduction steps

  1. Open your settings.
  2. Go to "Messages & Media" and set "Media from links (embeds)" to Comfortable (550 x 400).
  3. Scroll down to "Save GIF Favorites as Saved Media" and enable it.
  4. Close your settings and send a GIF that's not starred.
  5. Star the GIF you just sent and save it to Media.
  6. Open Media and send the GIF you just saved.
  7. GIF will have the top and bottom of the image cut-off in the embed.

canary build 664 (d3ccc95), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 7.0.3-arch1-1 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.167, locale en-US
