channel switch shortcut (ALT+UP/ALT+DOWN) seems to behave weirdly

Observed behaviour

using ALT+UP on #awwwards goes to #for-screenshot then #announcements

Reproduction steps

  1. i can only replicate this issue in the fluxer themes community
  2. use ALT+UP/ALT+DOWN to navigate the community

canary build 664 (d3ccc95), Chrome 147.0.0.0, Chrome OS (x86), locale en-US

Details

Expected behaviour the channels should be visited in the order they appear on the channel list, I.E. #awwwards goes straight to #announcements with ALT+UP
