Right click open image link on an animated Emoji opens page with `&animated=false`

Observed behaviour

The emoji image opens in browser as expected, but it is not animated because it opens with the URL parameter &animated=false.

Reproduction steps

  1. Right click on an animated emoji in chat
  2. Click on Open Image URL

Expected behaviour The emoji image opens in browser as expected, and should also be animated.
