Saving a theme via quick CSS doesn't immediately update the theme list

Observed behaviour

The theme doesn't appear until the client is restarted.

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to Settings -> Look & feel -> Theme -> Customise theme
  2. Open quick CSS
  3. Save a theme
  4. Go back to the "Customise theme" menu

Build information

canary build 649 (f01b7c0), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 7.0.3-arch1-2 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.131, locale en-GB

Expected behaviour The theme should appear in the saved themes list.

Can reproduce CR: canary build 652 (6349a05), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.131, locale en-GB | NB: This applies to any changes made in the Quick CSS editor as well.
