Observed behaviour

The link still appears when the link is sent

Reproduction steps

  1. Make a webhook
  2. Make the webhook send an embeddable link (e.g. https://http.cat/images/404.jpg)
  3. Link does not embed

canary build 649 (f01b7c0), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.131, locale de

Summary

When sending a link as a user, the link embeds (it's an image of course) but when it's sent by a webhook the link doesn't embed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make a webhook
  2. Make the webhook send an embeddable link (e.g. https://http.cat/images/404.jpg)
  3. Link does not embed
