User and Connection Volume Sliders in Context Menu are Unresponsive to Drag Input

(#2532) Bug Fixed desktop voice

Observed behaviour

The slider fails to register or update the slider position when dragging, and volume levels cannot be modified using these sliders.

Reproduction steps

  1. Join a voice channel (such as a music or team channel) where another user or bot is connected.
  2. Right-click on the user/bot to open the context menu.
  3. Hover over Volume to expand the sub-menu sliders for User Volume and Connection Volume.
  4. Click and drag the volume slider knob (e.g., attempt to change the volume from 100% to 50%).
