Animated profile pictures do not animate in small & full profiles when not moused over

Observed behaviour

Animated profile pictures only animate when moused over, and return to static when no longer moused over

Reproduction steps

  1. Find a user with an animated profile picture
  2. Open their profile
  3. Compare the profile picture behavior when moused over vs not moused over

Build information

canary build 637 (5e63270), Electron 41.2.2, Windows 11 10.0.26200 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.131, locale en-US canary build 637 (5e63270), Firefox 150.0, Windows NT 10.0 (x64), locale en-US I have reduced motion disabled

Can reproduce Confirmed - Bug replicated exactly as expected, although this could be turned into a settings option for those that don't want to see constant animations playing in my opinion. - canary build 649 (f01b7c0), Electron 41.2.2, Linux 7.0.3-arch1-1 (x64), desktop canary 0.0.122, locale en-GB
