AFK timeout moves users who are actively talking

(#252) Bug Fixed voice

Summary

The other day, when I was playing Elden Ring Nightreign with some friends, the server kidnapped my friends to the AFK channel despite us having active conversations. It didn't move them both at once, but it moved them in stagnation.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set up an AFK voice channel
  2. Engage in a conversation in a normal voice channel
  3. Have someone randomly thrown into an AFK channel
Unfortunately, I don't have clearer repro steps as we were already having a rough time on Nightreign and haven't tried yet to reproduce this

A friend and I have tested this feature and we were able to talk in our AFK channel as if it was a normal voice channel. -Recently, two members and I were in the voice channel of my server, and one of them was moved into the AFK channel and was unable to reconnect to the normal voice room.

My theory was that people of Admin privilege are able to talk because they supercede the channel rules. Are you both Admin level roles?

Yes. -I'll have to try this with an alt and see if I can reproduce the same effect.

Update: I've tried this with an alt account with the base role and the inactive channel is in fact broken.
