editing a channel where the description ends with a channel # will automatically open the channel autocomplete

Observed behaviour

automatically opens the channel autocomplete (blocking the channel name edit field in the process)

create a channel with a description that ends with #channel or any other channel mention
close the edit menu
open the edit menu again
