devenv up does not work

Summary

Attempting to run devenv up results in a loop of error messages, including:

Status changed from Fixed to Awaiting confirmation
This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.

You need to probably pnpm install first to get all dependencies.

Might be, but should devenv not do that on its own?

Yeah, there appear to be some missing steps somewhere. I was able to get things to come up, I think by running devenv shell then pnpm install to fix the majority of the node_modules errors and then pnpm --filter @fluxer/config generate to fix an issue about a generated schema file. I'm still unable to get the webapp working, though, I'm getting CORS errors and SSL errors when accessing the local server.
